We are now seeking a visionary, dynamic and result-oriented Headmaster to lead the school into the next phase of growth.

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the school
• Promote academic excellence and high standards of discipline
• Oversee curriculum implementation and teacher development
• Manage school operations, resources and infrastructure
• Build strong relationships with parents, stakeholders and the community
• Ensure students' welfare and a safe learning environment

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a teaching or leadership position in a reputable secondary school
• Proven leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of Ghana Education Service (GES) policies and curriculum
• Commitment to moral values and student development
• Master's degree is an advantage
